Vegan Recipe: Caesar Salad

Jason Wrobel, aka J-Wro, vegan chef and host of the Cooking Channel's "How to Live to 100" show, recreates his favorite salad, the Caesar -- vegan style. Vegan versions of the Caesar salad can be hard to find, so make it at home without worry. You simply need a good blender and a few minutes to make the dressing you know and love. Extra virgin olive oil, filtered water, lemon juice, organic white wine vinegar, vegan Worcestershire (minus the anchovies), Dijon mustard, sea salt, black pepper, ground chia or flax, garlic, and a dash of Vitamin Mineral Rush come together to make a creamy, savory, delicious Caesar dressing that rivals anything you'll find in the fanciest restaurant. Drizzle over lettuce and top it with hemp seeds, capers, and vegan parmesan for even more flavor.
